GCG - AnyTech365 is actively seeking a Dutch-speaking technical support agent specializing in cybersecurity and IT for its office located in Casablanca. If you are passionate about technology and have strong skills in cybersecurity and technical support this opportunity is for you! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Answer calls provide remote assistance and respond to electronic requests.
- Understand and apply best practices to provide first-level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner.
- Perform remote cleanups as instructed.
- Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible using knowledge gained during training and consulting available documentation.
- Record problems in the database.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and retain dynamically changing information related to the support department and organization.
- Maintain a positive attitude and behavior. Show a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and adhere to expected standards.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Bac in Computer Science or IT.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Perfect command of Dutch and impeccable communication skills.
- Strong listening and service orientation.
