Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product backlog: define prioritize and refine user stories based on business and customer needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-engineering UX QA data and stakeholders-to drive product delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer ensuring product decisions align with user value and business goals.
- Work closely with technical teams to validate feasibility review architecture and support sprint planning.
- Define and track product KPIs using data to inform decisions and iterate on the product.
- Lead product demos sprint reviews and ensure product alignment across stakeholders.
- Proactively identify product risks dependencies and blockers and drive resolution.
- Own the end-to-end delivery cycle-from ideation to release and adoption.
- 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Technical background-experience in software development engineering or working closely with dev teams.
- Ability to understand architecture APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Git Postman and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills: able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with writing user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively manage trade-offs and deliver on deadlines.
