Graduate Engineer - Civil

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in civil engineering and contribute to innovative infrastructure and construction projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing engineering design tasks under the supervision of senior engineers
• Prepare detailed designs calculations sketches diagrams and working drawings for civil engineering projects
• Collect and analyze site and project data to support planning and decision-making
• Utilize engineering software tools (e.g. AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar) to solve problems and enhance designs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical innovative solutions for complex civil works
• Participate in site visits and fieldwork to gather critical project information and gain hands-on experience
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports documentation and client presentations
• Support project management activities by tracking progress budgets and schedules
• Stay informed on industry trends building codes safety standards and engineering regulations
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control and assurance procedures on active projects

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Strong foundation in engineering design principles and practices
• Exposure to civil engineering software including AutoCAD and
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to create accurate designs calculations sketches diagrams and working drawings
• Strong data collection and analysis capabilities
• Effective time management skills to work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Innovative mindset and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to participate in field work and site visits as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites (preferred)
