We are seeking a friendly and professional Bell man to join our hospitality team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Bell man you will be the first point of contact for our guests providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay begins on a positive note.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and transportation options
- Assist guests with special requests and handle inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and entrance area
- Coordinate with valet parking services to ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences for guests
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval for guests
- Perform basic concierge duties such as making reservations or arranging transportation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel dress code and grooming standards
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security procedures
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions in Riyadh is beneficial
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
