The F&B Marketing Executive at Raffles & Fairmont Doha will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotels Food & Beverage outlets. This role requires collaboration with F&B and marketing teams to create engaging promotions manage digital channels and support events that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plan and execute creative marketing campaigns tailored to the diverse Food & Beverage outlets and streams across Raffles & Fairmont Doha.
- Collaborate closely with F&B managers culinary teams and other internal stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow the digital presence of all F&B venues through social media platforms email marketing website updates and online advertising.
- Plan coordinate and promote special events seasonal campaigns menu launches and exclusive offers to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
- Identify and liaise with influencers media partners and key industry contacts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools; prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines ensuring all marketing communications uphold the luxury and quality standards of Raffles & Fairmont.
- Support the public relations team with press releases media events and crisis communications related to F&B outlets.
- Manage budgets allocated for F&B marketing activities ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and optimize customer conversion rates.
- Assist in developing creative content including visuals copywriting and multimedia materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Foster a strong team environment by sharing insights supporting colleagues and contributing to overall hotel marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing preferably within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns especially in luxury hotel or F&B setting.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including social media management email marketing tools SEO and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite CMS platforms Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and understanding of luxury brand standards and customer expectations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required for event support or campaign launches.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market and local consumer behavior is an advantage.
