Job Objective:
To support the Department Manager by providing clerical and administrative support and to provide coordination of the Internal Audit Department functions to ensure smooth operation of department's activities in an organized and precise manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience:

3-5 years of secretarial experience in a large organization preferably in internal audit/ risk services/ compliance/ legal functions
Job specific skills:

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office package
.
Good proficiency in English language
.
Sound basic clerical and administrative skills

Knowledge of administrative systems within the department
