الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of documents.
- Handle all visa and immigration-related tasks for employees including renewals and new applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws regulations and government procedures in the KSA.
- Support the HR department in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management regarding compliance and regulatory matters.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on relevant policies and procedures.
