We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the university. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills the ability to manage multiple tasks and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to departments and staff.
Organize and maintain files records and documentation.
Schedule appointments meetings and manage calendars.
Draft and prepare reports correspondence and official communications.
Assist in preparing materials for meetings presentations and events.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Support coordination of university programs and activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
