Medison Israel is looking for a Sales Representative for the Aesthetics Unit.
This role includes Sales to dermatologists plastic surgeons and physicians for cosmetic use in private clinics in the northern area.
Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors.
- In-depth understanding of products and full portfolio.
- Establishing personal relationships with existing customers and identifying and recruiting new customers.
- Identifying customer needs and finding applicable solutions.
- Selling products to physicians who perform injection procedures at their private clinics and medical centers.
- Participating in conferences and workshops in Israel and abroad.
Requirements :
- BA degree - Must BS degree in Biology or similar - an advantage.
- Experience in sales and customer portfolio management.
- Relevant experience in aesthetics/cosmetics - an advantage.
- Professional assertive team player and has good interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability and high motivation.
- Strong ability for problem-solving and creativity with solutions (in a very competitive market).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
