Handle customer inquiries via phone or email in French
Support customers with travel-related questions bookings and concerns
Solve issues efficiently and professionally within SLAs
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with team leaders to meet account KPIs
Fluency in French (C1) both spoken and written
English B1 level for internal communication
Minimum 6 months of call center experience is required
Graduates only (no undergraduates)
Willingness to work rotational and overnight shifts
Must be able to work onsite in Maadi Cairo
Salary range:EGP net based on experience
