This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive from Tanzania to increase Solutechs presence acquire more clients and ensure sales targets are achieved both in revenue and the number of customers.
  1. Building and nurturing relationships with prospects through effective communication rapport building and personalized engagement to gain client trust and confidence.
  2. Having in-depth knowledge of the companys innovative products one should be able to articulate the value proposition of the existing products to potential customers effectively.
  3. Tailoring product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate how the companys products can solve specific problems in line with customers objectives.
  4. Negotiating pricing terms and contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements through persuasive communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure deals.
  5. Contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve the companys revenue targets through analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  6. Continuous engagement with other internal departments to address and resolve customer issues/inquiries accordingly.
  7. Tracking sales activities and pipelines using Zoho CRM by providing regular reports highlighting progress towards sales goals and identifying areas for improvement.


Requirements


1. Bachelor s degree in business sales marketing or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in sales roles would be an added advantage
3. A willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development is essential to stay updated on industry best practices emerging sales techniques and advancements in sales automation technology.
4. A proven track record of success in sales roles preferably in the software or technology industry.
5. Demonstrated experience in generating leads qualifying prospects and closing deals.
6. Knowledge of any sales automation tools would be an added advantage.
7. Knowledge of using a CRM tool for tracking the sales pipeline would be an added advantage.
8. Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes would be an added advantage.
9. Having a valid driving license would be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
