الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor resource utilization to ensure efficient deployment and maximum productivity.
- Track and manage employee timesheets ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Participate in regular meetings with project teams to review resource allocation status.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to resource allocation or timesheets promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding resource-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed.
- Monitor the projects KPIs.
- Assist in preparing project reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
- 0-2 Years of experience.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
