Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales to join our ServiceNow Business Group at DXC. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying cultivating and closing new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a Sales you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth building strong customer relationships and promoting DXCs expertise in delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the ServiceNow market segment. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted strategies that align with customer needs and DXCs offerings. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate target accounts. Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to position DXC as a trusted advisor and solution provider in the ServiceNow space. Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. Propose tailored solutions leveraging DXCs ServiceNow expertise to address client needs effectively. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within potential client organizations. Act as the primary point of contact and build rapport through effective communication and regular engagement. Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of DXCs ServiceNow capabilities and solutions. Clearly articulate value propositions business benefits and ROI to potential clients. Proposal Development: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals that address client requirements. Ensure proposals are aligned with the clients goals and industry best practices. Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts including contract terms and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and DXC. Maintain a focus on win-win scenarios that establish long-term partnerships. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities opportunities and forecasts using CRM systems. Provide regular reports and updates to sales leadership. Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow. Apply this knowledge to refine sales strategies and differentiate DXCs offerings. Customer Visits: Regularly visit customers to understand their evolving needs foster relationships and provide personalized support. Gather feedback to drive continuous improvement in our solutions and services.
