Job Summary:
As a Culture and People Specialist you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience reinforcing our core values and supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to promote employee engagement culture development and continuous improvement across HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a culture ambassador driving initiatives that reflect and enhance the company s values and mission.
* Support and improve employee engagement programs events and recognition systems.
* Lead and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience.
* Partner with team leads to address employee relations matters with empathy confidentiality and fairness.
* Collect analyze and act on employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction and retention.
* Coordinate learning & development programs wellness initiatives and internal communication strategies.
* Maintain HR systems and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal compliance.
* Support diversity equity and inclusion efforts across the organization.
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR people operations or a similar role ideally in the tech/IT industry.
* Strong understanding of company culture employee engagement and performance management.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive empathetic approach to challenges.
* Familiarity with HR tools and platforms.
* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
