Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the full supply chain cycle from procurement and inventory management to warehousing and distribution with a focus on reducing costs improving service levels and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and manage demand planning inventory levels and procurement strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and waste.
- Oversee warehouse operations logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like operations finance and marketing to align supply chain initiatives with overall business goals.
- Build strong vendor relationships negotiating terms and ensuring supplier performance meets quality and delivery standards.
- Drive process improvements and implement supply chain technologies to enhance efficiency visibility and reporting capabilities.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and environmental standards integrating them into supply chain practices as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in supply chain or logistics roles ideally within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations logistics and procurement.
- Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
