Job Title: Sr. HR Manager
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead HR functions drive
talent acquisition and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key
role in shaping HR policies ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work culture. This
position requires strong leadership problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely
with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from workforce planning to final hiring
decisions.
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Implement an efficient onboarding process to enhance employee retention and
satisfaction.
HR Operations & Compliance:
• Develop review and implement HR policies in line with industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage compensation payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Oversee employee exit processes including final settlements and exit interviews.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management:
• Design and implement performance management systems including goal setting and
appraisals.
• Develop employee engagement strategies and foster a positive work culture.
• Address grievances manage conflict resolution and promote employee well-being.
Leadership & HR Strategy:
• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and department heads.
• Lead HR projects such as automation of HR processes and digital transformation
initiatives.
• Identify training needs and drive learning & development programs.
Requirements:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a
related field.
• 8 years of experience in HR management talent acquisition and policy
development.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws compliance and best practices.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS (Keka or similar) and HR analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and drive organizational growth.
