الوصف الوظيفي
Team Leadership
- Lead mentor and manage a team of Mendix developers ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Assign tasks set priorities and monitor progress to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages learning innovation and performance excellence.
Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end application development lifecycle using Mendix.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements scope and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards.
Technical Expertise
- Design and develop Mendix applications leveraging best practices to ensure scalability and performance.
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development and post-deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts product owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
- Present progress updates technical solutions and project outcomes to senior management and clients.
Training and Development
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training to team members.
- Stay updated on the latest Mendix platform features and industry trends implementing them as needed.
Quality Assurance
- Establish and enforce coding standards development methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and best practices.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development.
- Prior experience in leading a team or managing development projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in the Mendix low-code platform including app modeling microflows and custom widgets.
- Strong understanding of APIs integrations and database management.
- Familiarity with Java JavaScript and other relevant programming languages.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
