What you will be doing:
- Maintain confidential filling system for colleagues files records and documents and ensure its adherence with the companys standards
- Keep employee records updated and organized
- Execute and follow up on the purchase requests of the Talent & Culture department
- Draft offer letters contracts and internal memos
- Handle all Talent & Culture office supplies; maintain an up to date accurate inventory of the Talent & Culture storage room
- Handle lockers requests name tags IDs colleagues letters purchase requisitions expense reports as necessary and when required
- Support internal Talent & Culture projects tracking necessary action and updating reports as the progress is made
- Work with the Talent & Culture team in the logistics of a variety of colleagues events and activities (i.e. departmental outings fun days mall trips sports tournaments karaoke nights hotel beach cleanups national day celebrations fund raising events sustainability /green-key team activities etc.)
- Assist in updating the Talent & Culture communication boards regularly to ensure it is complying with standards
- Assist with other Talent & Culture functions and tasks as required
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- A degree or diploma in HR Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of HR/People Operations administration or customer service experience
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- A proactive solution-focused mindset
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS is a plus
