الوصف الوظيفي
Mission:
Lead the companys data strategy drive data-driven initiatives and ensure optimal use of data to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the data vision (governance architecture analytics AI).
- Oversee data teams (data engineers data scientists analysts).
- Collaborate with leadership to align data projects with business priorities.
- Ensure data quality security and compliance (GDPR etc.).
- Identify technology partnerships (Big Data tools cloud platforms).
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in data management including 5 years in leadership.
- Expertise in data technologies (Hadoop Spark SQL NoSQL AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of legal frameworks (GDPR) and best practices (DataOps MLops).
- Strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
Ideal Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field.
- Experience in data-mature industries.
