We are seeking a communicative structured and empathetic professional to join our team as a Lead Qualification Specialist. In this role you will serve as the first human point of contact for potential clients who have signed up via Facebook or Instagram to receive our guide on AIpowered software development.
Your responsibility will be to promptly call these leads after registration assess their suitability based on a structured set of criteria and schedule a discovery call with our Sales team when appropriate.
- Important: This role requires nativelevel or C2level German language skills as all communication will be conducted in German.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 level): Native speaker or nearnative proficiency is essential.
- Conversation Skills: Confident phone presence ability to follow a structured script and strong active listening skills.
- Business Understanding: Ability to understand the goals of software projects and differentiate between internal tools and commercial products.
- Documentation: Ability to accurately document call outcomes in a CRM system or spreadsheet.
