Job Title: Governmental Affairs Specialist
Location: Based in Egypt (Frequent travel to KSA & UAE)

We are currently expanding our legal and governmental affairs division and seeking dynamic professionals to be part of this exciting journey.
Role Overview:
Were hiring a Governmental Affairs Specialist to act as the central link between NOK Human Capital and the legal/governmental entities we work with. Youll handle everything from vendor contracts to compliance visas and labor law documentationensuring seamless operations across our international partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage governmental and regulatory processes across KSA & UAE.

Draft and manage contracts with vendors (not clients).

Apply for and renew licenses (e.g. Balady Civil Defense).

Handle visa applications via Enjaz MOFA and other systems.

Collaborate with government bodies such as MOCI MHRSD MISA GOSI SEC.

Use and manage systems like Qiwa Muqeem Ajeer Morror.

Support expat mobilization and labor law compliance.
Requirements:

2 years in government affairs or expat mobilization in KSA.

Knowledge of immigration law & compliance regulations in KSA.

Experience with government portals (Qiwa Enjaz MOFA etc.).

Strong communication and coordination skills.

HR Solutions or recruitment background is a plus.

Willingness to travel to KSA and UAE.
