JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or chat regarding products prescriptions orders side effects or availability.
Provide detailed and accurate information about medications dosages storage and delivery timelines.
Handle order placements processing returns and followups with efficiency and professionalism.
Collaborate with medical representatives pharmacists and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Log customer interactions issues and resolutions in the CRM system and follow up on unresolved matters.
Escalate complex medical or productrelated issues to the appropriate department or regulatory body.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge industry regulations and company policies to maintain highquality service.
Educate customers about proper product usage recalls or any regulatory changes.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with all health and safety regulations including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and pharmacovigilance protocols.
Requirements
REQUIREMENT:
- 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
