About the role:
As a Medical Insurance Sales Advisor your primary responsibility is to actively sell and promote Amanleek s individual medical insurance packages. You will leverage your medical background and strong sales skills to connect with clients understand their needs and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Proactively promote and sell Amanleek s medical insurance products to individual clients through calls messages and referrals.
- Use your medical knowledge to clearly explain coverage options benefits and policy details helping clients make informed decisions.
- Qualify leads understand client needs and tailor your sales approach to meet those needs effectively.
- Handle objections confidently and turn prospects into satisfied customers.
- Maintain consistent followup to maximize conversion rates and close sales efficiently.
- Accurately document all sales activities client interactions and policy details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
- Stay updated on medical insurance products pricing and market trends to provide competitive offers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering highquality service.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in medicine pharmacy or related medical field (required).
- 1 3 years of experience in sales customer service or healthcare advisory roles.
- Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to explain medical and insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Empathetic trustworthy and genuinely focused on helping people.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with high attention to detail.
- familiarity using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Very Good command of verbal and written English skills.
