We re looking for a technically fluent Integration Product Manager to lead our efforts in building seamless scalable connections with thirdparty platforms like Salesforce ServiceNow and more. Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the roadmap for inbound and outbound integrations with thirdparty systems.
- Collaborate with engineering to define scalable unified APIs and connector frameworks ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Partner with sales and support to understand customer needs and prioritize integrations that unlock business value.
- Conduct user and market research to discover opportunities for new integrations and evolve existing ones.
- Translate business requirements into clear technically detailed product specs that engineers and stakeholders can act on.
- Drive crossfunctional from discovery through launch ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Own success metrics and use data to guide decisions and iterations postlaunch.
Advantages:
- Experience building integrations with: Salesforce Dynamics ServiceNow Zendesk Slack or Microsoft Graph.
- Background in knowledge management contact center tools or enterprise SaaS.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in product management with experience in integrations or APIs.
- Strong technical fluency: able to work directly with engineers write product specs and discuss API behavior.
- Experience with Microsoft copilot ecosystem or equivalent agent building platforms
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and integration with thirdparty platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver products in fastpaced iterative environments.
- Highly motivated and detailoriented.
