Responsibilities
- Contact existing and new clients to offer technical assistance (forging relationships and building trust).
- Contact existing and new clients to promote Zeeco products and services.
- Identify key personnel establish and maintain working relationships.
- Identify negotiate with and influence decision makers.
- Assist with commissioning startup and troubleshooting of combustion equipment.
- Understand endusers needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Work to generate inquiries.
- Assess equipment and operation status to develop scope definitions.
- Follow up and provide feedback on any open quotes.
- Assist in closing orders.
- Identify enduser facility maintenance turnaround dates and offer Zeeco products and services to support the turnaround.
- Assist with establishing various working agreements with strategic endusers.
- Increase the productivity of Zeecos manufacturers reps through technical and sales support and education.
- Provide feedback to Zeecos product groups for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred and/or significant work experience around combustion equipment required.
- Knowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.
- Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.
- Independent / proactive work ethic.
- Strong problemsolving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service/sales experience.
- Preferred candidates must work well with others at all levels within an organization be confident in their technical capabilities demonstrate excellent customer service skills work efficiently in our fastpaced environment and be able to identify/influence decision makers through effective and persuasive negotiation.
