Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation testing and commissioning of electrical systems onsite for infrastructure projects including roads and utilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate of electrical works.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet quality standards and are completed within project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports documenting progress issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil engineers project managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and contractors.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 810 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on site operations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g. AutoCAD ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
