HVAC Production Engineer

We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced HVAC Production Engineer to oversee and manage the production processes for heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising manufacturing activities to ensure timely and efficient production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute HVAC production schedules based on project and client requirements.

• Supervise daily production operations including assembly line processes and fabrication of HVAC units.

• Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements to optimize output and reduce costs.

• Ensure all products meet the companys quality standards and comply with relevant industry codes (ASHRAE ISHRAE etc..

• Coordinate with design procurement and quality assurance teams to resolve any productionrelated issues.

• Maintain and enforce safety protocols across the production floor.

• Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials and components.

• Prepare regular production reports and maintain documentation of work orders maintenance logs and inspection records.

• Train and mentor junior production staff and technicians.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 25 years of experience in HVAC production or manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems components and assembly techniques.

• Proficiency with production planning tools and manufacturing software (e.g. AutoCAD ERP systems).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.

• Strong problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
