An Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage operation to ensure high standards of quality and service.
What will I be doing
- Oversee food and beverage service to meet the standards
- Manage the flow of customers and coordination between front and backofhouse during service.
- Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and training staff on effective sales techniques.
- Ensure staff maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately manage all transactions including POS system oversight cash handling and billing.
- Manage team schedules ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak and offpeak hours.
- Control inventory monitor stock levels and minimize wastage through effective resource management.
- Lead regular training sessions to keep the team updated on service protocols and luxury standards.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations providing feedback and coaching to team members.
