Job Description

An Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee the Food & Beverage operation to ensure high standards of quality and service.


What will I be doing

  • Oversee food and beverage service to meet the standards
  • Manage the flow of customers and coordination between front and backofhouse during service.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and training staff on effective sales techniques.
  • Ensure staff maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately manage all transactions including POS system oversight cash handling and billing.
  • Manage team schedules ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak and offpeak hours.
  • Control inventory monitor stock levels and minimize wastage through effective resource management.
  • Lead regular training sessions to keep the team updated on service protocols and luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations providing feedback and coaching to team members.
