As the R&D Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of R&D projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams facilitating communication between R&D teams and other departments managing resources effectively and ensuring that projects align with our strategic objectives are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Support Release Health being the guardian of delivery commitments optimizing resources to achieve defined scope within sprint and release timelines.
- Observe guide and ensure adherence of SCRUM Ceremonies to ensure R&D deliverables meet timeline commitments addressing scope/timeline changes.
- Identify operational risks and bottlenecks transforming them into actionable mitigation plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Facilitate Communication between R&D teams and other departments cultivating conversations that create alignment on scope timelines ownership and dependencies.
- Participate in developing and implementing release management processes and methodologies bringing consistency and efficiency to operational activities.
- Contribute to datadriven decision making by developing data visualization and tracking release metrics that provide visibility into release health.
- Create and Maintain Release Documentation developing comprehensive plans status reports and process guidelines.
Requirements :
- 3 years experience in software development project management using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Experience working within software development environments and with SDLC processes.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- 1 proven experience as Jira Administrator capable of configuring workflows automation permissions dashboards and advanced JQL queries to effectively support development operation.
- Experience with project/release management tools (Gants EazyBI and etc.
- Advanced Excel skills (proven experience working with complex formulas and charts).
- Experience with implementing of new processes or adjusting an existing process.
- Experience creating data visualizations and reports for performance analysis.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and teams CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
