We are hiring a Cloud Service Management Engineer to oversee service operations and manage resource planning in cloud environments. The ideal candidate is certified in IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure reliable delivery of cloud services.

Qualifications:
