Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

Ensure always the necessary fund for operational expense is ready in advance by discussing with CEO.
Guiding Business development and companies other income generating departments on their projects from quotation to invoice amount collection regarding the steps to be taken for companys profitability and maximum return.
Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects analysing organization operations identifying opportunities for improvement cost reduction and systems enhancement accumulating capital to fund expansion
Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital facilities and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
Actively participate in steering committee and give good suggestions to CEO.
Monitor and control fund utilisation properly by discussing with CEO.
Accomplish finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Evaluate all divisions and branches budget; take corrective or necessary action of changes if needed.
Approve fund transfers from company account after cross checking and verifying.
Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports reports to funding agencies development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
Oversee all purchasing and payroll activities of the company.
Monitor & control banking activities of the organization.
Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organizations need.
Present financial reports to CEO & top management.
Preparing checking verifying companys JV contracts Business associations agreements for companys safety profitability and stability.
Take part in monitory target allocation meetings of income generating departments and putting hand of experience on it.
Putting experience hands of suggestion on companies Bidding or other financial expertise where it is needed.
Evaluating monitory contributions of departments and give necessary recommendations.
