We are looking for An experienced Senior Finance Data Analystto join our Financial Planning & Analysis team as the local FP&A system platform support and knowledge center. This critical role will partner closely with our global FP&A team providing new tools dashboards and ad hoc analysis based on our FP&A system. Additionally you will build BI reports that support the team and management. You will also play a key role in the implementation of a new FP&A system. To succeed in this role you should be highly proficient with financial planning systems skilled in visualizing data with PowerBI and capable of creating new tools and data to support decisionmaking.
What youll be spending your time on:
- Developing and maintaining the FP&A planning platform.
- Leading endtoend development of new BI solutions to enhance the FP&A teams reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Partnering with FP&A members to understand and address their reporting and analytical needs.
- Participating in the implementation of a new FP&A system.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- Handson experience with Pigment must
- 2 years of data analytics experience with a strong focus on financial modeling
- 3 years of FP&A experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL Excel and Power BI
- Experience in project management and/or demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven ability to build dashboards for management
- Good systems aptitude and knowledge of business management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience with labor modeling
- Background in system implementation
- Knowledge of the Fintech industry
