We are looking for a Launch Manager to oversee and drive the successful launch of PeopleCQ in the GCC & US markets. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth coordinated and highimpact gotomarket (GTM) strategy by aligning sales marketing partnerships and product teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong skills capable of leading crossfunctional teams optimizing launch campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
GoToMarket (GTM) & Strategy
Develop and execute the PeopleCQ launch roadmap ensuring seamless across all functions.
Align with sales marketing partnerships and customer success to ensure coordinated launch efforts.
Define key launch milestones deliverables and success metrics.
Adapt realtime launch strategies based on performance data.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Set up KPIs & tracking dashboards (HubSpot Google Analytics Metabase) to monitor early traction & sales performance.
Analyze early user adoption churn and conversion rates making adjustments as needed.
Conduct postlaunch retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
CrossFunctional Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between sales marketing and product teams.
Oversee the of multichannel marketing campaigns (email LinkedIn paid ads).
Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover & pipeline tracking.
Collaborate with customer success to monitor early user feedback & adoption trends.
Support the partnership team in coordinating with HR consultancies & resellers.
Assist in identifying key HR industry events sponsorships and collaborations.
Ensure effective outreach to early adopters & influencers in the HR tech space.
