WERE HIRING: General Sales Manager / Finance Manager Coggins of the Berkshires
Location: Pittsfield MA
Compensation: $100000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time On-Site Leadership Position

Coggins of the Berkshires a proud part of the locally owned and community-driven Coggins Auto Group is looking for a GSM/Finance Manager to oversee the full scope of our sales and finance operations. This is a hands-on high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on growth accountability and making both customers and employees feel like family.
What Youll Do:
Lead coach and grow the sales and finance departments with energy and professionalism
Work directly with customers to develop enriching long-lasting relationships
Establish trust and build a strong network of loyal clientele and prospects
Provide guidance and close support during customer negotiations and deals
Facilitate ongoing sales training to drive team development and performance
Set clear goals and expectations for sales targets and customer experience
Stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations ensuring excellence at every level
Drive sales results and analyze business metrics to identify growth opportunities
Partner with the GM to manage inventory vehicle pricing and department expenses
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
What You Bring:
Proven experience in automotive dealership management (GSM or Finance Manager)
Demonstrated success in retail automotive sales
Strong leadership and mentoring skills youre a coach not just a manager
Ability to motivate energize and train your team daily
Excellent organization and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Teams and dealership platforms like DealerTrack and VINsolutions
Tech-savvy with a passion for using tools to improve process and performance
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
High school diploma or equivalent
