As a Growth analyst Intern you will contribute to the development of strategies aimed at increasing sales and profitability by assisting in revenue analysis and identifying growth opportunities. This position offers handson experience in a growthfocused environment allowing you to collaborate with seasoned professionals and enhance your skills in financial analysis business development and strategic planning.
Mission Responsibilities
- Support the development and of growth strategies by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities and market trends.
- Help create and refine growth models and forecasts to project potential revenue and user acquisition.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and sales to drive growth initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and behavior patterns to inform and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Assist in A/B testing and experimentation reporting on the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Maintain and update growth dashboards and data reports for stakeholders.
Required Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing Economics Statistics or a related field.
- A strong interest in growth marketing data analysis and business development is essential.
- Previous internship experience in analytics marketing or growthrelated roles is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- High level of proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for datadriven decisionmaking.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Strong communication skills for effectively presenting data insights to various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SQL) and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of growth marketing techniques and frameworks.
- Basic project management skills to assist in coordinating growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with user engagement metrics and strategies for optimization.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse customer bases and markets.
