Educated Households is a highertier household staff agency based in London placing lite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in London the Middle East and worldwide: www.educatedhouseholds.
On behalf of our prominent Clients based out in Qatar we are seeking two exceptionallycrafted & talented Butlers with notable experience in Haute Couture dresses that are highly capable of dealing with refined garde robes and precious garments with the utmost care together with looking after a VVIP Principal that travels extensively. The two selected Butlers will evidently have the potential of handling all the other facets of the life of the Principal liaising with any of the stakeholders personnel of this prestigious household.
The Butlers will report to the Principal and to any representatives handpicked by the Principal and must be able to work either independently or collaboratively attending to their duties working hand in hand with any employees within this fullystaffed household and this across multiple homes. Accompanying the Principal will be involved.
In these pivotal multifaceted roles the Butlers will manage and orchestrate the smooth running of the household. Equally importantly it will be highly appreciated for the Butlers to display utter efficiently whilst conducting their roles in the most discreet demeanour.
These two immaculatelypresented and superblygroomed candidates must ideally have derived their topofthecrust experience from supreme lite highoctane homes and from stateoftheart Maisons de Haute Couture or Maisons de Haute Joallerie boasting of an international bespoke clientele where they officiated as backofhouse staff members to their Principals & affiliated prestigious guests and as frontofhouse personnel in luxury retail.
It shall be expected that your secondtonone thorough knowledge of formal table setting expertise in silverware & glassware your mastering of tiquette and decorum as well as your overall butlering service will set you apart from your peers in the profession notably when it comes to attending to the familys needs or to organising largescale events.
In such roles your little black books will come supremely handy.
Adhering to confidentiality is nonnegotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy.
The roles are to start ASAP.
Requirements
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals.
- Writing & implementing SOP Manuals (Standard Operational Procedures).
- Catering to all the Principals needs the familys the childrens & any guests.
- Maximising guest experience.
- Strategic planning.
- Being used to working in fastpaced environments.
- Conducting tasks in the mosttimely manner.
- Outstanding greeting skills.
- Strictly adhering to etiquette and security protocols.
- Etiquette expertise and flair.
- Holding open lines of communication with colleagues and other household staff.
- Running errands.
- In charge of the households inventories manually & digitally.
- Dealing with bills.
- Submitting and rolling out new ideas maximising the household.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in this role.
- Bachelors Degree from a reputable institution renown worldwide.
- Childfriendly candidates.
- Culturally aware.
- An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised.
- Diplomatic skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Approachable & supportive.
- Not being fazed by lastminute arrangements.
- Acting graciously under pressure.
- Tech savvy.
- DBS / Police check.
