Director - Commercial

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Commercial to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of a large project you will be responsible for driving our commercial strategy and overseeing all aspects of our business operations to ensure profitability.

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor a highperforming team of commercial professionals
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize business processes and drive efficiency
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the commercial department
• Represent the company in industry events and foster strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in all commercial activities

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 20 years of experience in commercial operations with a proven track record in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning financial management and business development
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring highperforming teams
• Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and relationship management
• Indepth knowledge of commercial operations market trends and competitive landscape
• Experience working in international business environments
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all business dealings
