Key Responsibilities:
Provide firstlevel support for desktops laptops printers and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff
Ensure timely resolution of support requests and maintain documentation
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office and networking fundamentals
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Diploma or degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
