Job summary:
Manage the large luxury palace of the company owners family! Be responsible for team management operations reporting and human resources.
Salary information:
Basic Net Salary:negotiable (depending on experience and qualification)
Shared service charge and management discretionary bonus
Accommodation and transportation: 200 US$ (provided by employer)
Duty meals: 100 US$ (provided by employer)
Visa / Work Permit: provided by employer 65 US$
Air ticket: provided annually
Vacation: 30 calendar days paid leave
Medical insurance: provided by employer
Total per monthnegotiable salary 400$ package

The resident manager position focuses on enhancing the quality of life in the Apartments. The position requires an individual who is flexible enough to assume a variety of roles as dictated by the changing needs. It is crucial that an individual be able to relate well to others and handle administrative responsibilities. The RM is more than just a friendly presence; he is the crucial link in creating positive environment.
Duties:
Skills and experience:
Femalewith minimum 5 years of related experience.
A multitasker with meticulous attention to details.
Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
Capable of directing and teaching staff. Graduate of Hotel and Hospitality Management or taken vocational training course in Hospitality Management.
