Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize daily operations on all social media platforms including content creation scheduling and publishing.
- Utilize enterprise social media management tools like Sprinklr Hootsuite or Sprout Social to streamline workflows monitor performance and engage audiences.
- Analyze social media data and generate detailed performance reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns including budget planning audience targeting and optimization for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on social media trends emerging tools and platform changes ensuring the company remains ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media with customer satisfaction initiatives omnichannel strategies and overall marketing efforts.
- Manage online interactions to ensure a consistent and positive brand voice addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Train team members on advanced tools and best practices fostering a culture of innovation in social media management.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations for social media operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Certifications (preferred):
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate.
- Google Ads Certification.
- HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification.
- Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification.
- Sprout Social Certification.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in social media management with a focus on enterprise tools like Sprinklr Hootsuite or Khoros.
- Proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter TikTok etc. and their advertising features.
- Expertise in social media analytics reporting and actionable insight generation.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a strategic mindset for achieving business goals through social media.
