Were Hiring: Customer Service Representative with 4-40 License
Location: SW 87th Ave. Miami FL 33165
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break)
Position Type: On-site
Base Salary: $18$20 per hour Monthly Commissions averaging $500 to $1500
Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Insurance Agent with an active 4-40 license to join our team. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in advising homeowners or business owners with strong sales skills and a focus on customer service. The role offers a competitive base salary and attractive performance-based commissions. We are a well-known insurance company with a strong presence in South Florida.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Advise property-owning clients on property commercial and personal insurance.
- Quote issue and renew policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities in auto life liability insurance etc.
- Manage accounts answer questions and provide post-sale follow-up.
- Keep records up to date and comply with internal processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active 4-40 license in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience working with property-owning clients (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in computer use and insurance software.
- English and Spanish required.
