About the Role

Seasoned DevOps CI/CD and automation expert who leads and delivers complex enterprisescale cloud projects. Tech guiding a team of 10 high expert global DevOps engineers for software product delivery platform. He / She will need to be responsibility for the current legacy frameworks as well as take the team to create our future modern CI/CD framework including automation and observability.

Experienced as a DevOps CI/CD Architect to design and implement of our Continuous Integration and Deployment including developer workflow solutions. You will work crossfunctionally to optimize our build test and release processes. Key focus areas will include improving developer productivity application quality and release velocity. Strong handson ability to both architect define and direct technical solution delivery as well as a proven track record of leading and managing teams in various domains and environments
Cloud services configuration management version control build tools dependency management monitoring incident management log analysis code review code analysis programming and scripting languages platforms and agile methodologies.

What You Will Do

• Architecture of cloudagnostic infrastructure solutions that can operate across multiple cloud providers

• Focus on Azure & AWS implementation as the primary cloud platform with planned expansion to AWS support in subsequent phases

• Ensuring the architecture remains providerindependent as much as possible.

• Implement infrastructure automation using provideragnostic tools and practices:

  • HashiCorp Vault for secrets management instead of cloudnative secret stores

  • Terraform for infrastructure provisioning across all cloud providers

  • Platformagnostic monitoring and observability solutions

• Architect and maintain our Kubernetesbased container orchestration platform using cloudagnostic principles

• Develop and optimize automated CD pipelines using GitOps tools (ArgoCD) and methodologies

• Create and maintain Helm charts for consistent application deployments across cloud providers

• Build and maintain unified observability solutions that work consistently across cloud platforms

• Develop automation scripts and tools using Shell Python and Golang

• Design and implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions that can span multiple cloud providers

What You Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

• 8 years experience in a DevOps tech Lead role

• 15 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles

• Proven track record of designing and implementing largescale infrastructure solutions

• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

• Experience with microservices architecture and deployment patterns

• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in crossfunctional teams

• Experience with multiple cloud providers (Azure AWS)

• Knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance frameworks

• Experience with multicloud deployments and migrations

• Experience with infrastructure cost optimization across cloud providers

• Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g. Istio)

• Knowledge of infrastructure security and compliance frameworks

• Cloud Platform Architecture

  • Strong expertise in designing cloudagnostic solutions

  • Advanced knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure

  • Understanding of cloud platform differences and commonalities

  • Experience in abstracting cloudspecific services into platformagnostic solutions

• Infrastructure Management

  • Advanced expertise with Terraform for multicloud infrastructure provisioning

  • Experience with HashiCorp Vault for cloudagnostic secrets management

  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure abstraction patterns and practices

• Container Orchestration & DevOps Tools

  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes administration with multicloud considerations

  • Expertise in creating portable Helm charts that work across cloud providers

  • Handson experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows

  • Experience with cloudagnostic service mesh solutions

• CI/CD & Version Control

  • Advanced experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions

  • Expertise in designing cloudagnostic CD pipelines

  • Strong understanding of GitOps principles and practices

• Observability & Monitoring

  • Experience implementing cloudagnostic logging monitoring and tracing solutions

  • Knowledge of platformindependent monitoring tools and practices

  • Understanding of SLI/SLO principles across cloud platforms

• Programming & Scripting

  • Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python

  • Working knowledge of Golang

  • Experience developing cloudagnostic automation tools
