RnD Quality Engineer Lead

Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a focus on development . The QA Eng. is responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the development process including implementing processes and ensuring compliance with quality requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with the development teams define quality plans and metrics and guide teams in quality control and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and Implementing Quality Processes in Development:Planning executing and monitoring quality processes in new projects including managing testing programs and coordinating with development teams.

• Supporting Technological Innovation:Collaborating closely with design and development teams to ensure adherence to quality requirements and establish guidelines for each project.

• Defining Product Quality Requirements:Developing and defining product quality requirements while ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conducting Quality Control and Testing:Managing the testing process reviewing test results troubleshooting and identifying the root causes of issues.

• Training and Coaching Teams:Creating workshops and training programs for development teams on quality management and best practices in development and manufacturing.

• Continuous Improvement:Analysing data and providing insights to drive continuous improvements in development processes and generating quality improvement reports.

Job Requirements:

• Education:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Software or relevant field).

• Certification or training in quality engineering (e.g. Six Sigma CQE).

• Experience:78 years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on development and innovation.

• Familiarity with Standards and Regulations:Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001 ISO 13485 CMMI.

• Experience with Development Methodologies:Experience working with agile development methodologies or managing projects in the hightech industry.

• Analytical Skills:Experience in data analysis and process optimization.

• Experience in the development of hardware/software products An advantage.

• Familiarity with automated quality management tools (e.g. Jira TestRail QPulse) An advantage.

The position is defined for a twoyear period with an option for extension.
