Application Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily application support in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft and Oraclebased applications.
  

• Extract and generate adhoc reports from applications and databases.
  

• Manage access controls data extraction integration maintenance and process controls.
  

• Conduct weekly/monthly assessments to monitor application usage and optimization.
  

• Implement business requests and operational improvements.
  

• Support DEV/TEST/PROD environments for ERP APIs Cloud web and mobile platforms.
  

• Conduct annual training awareness sessions and update technical documentation.
  

• Collaborate with business teams to refine and update operational requirements.
  

• Perform adhoc tasks and analysis for the support team.
  

• Contribute to writing SQL PL/SQL Java and .NET code to assist Level 1 support teams.
  

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents to meet SLAs.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
  

• 10 12 years of progressive experience in application support/IT operations.
  

• Experience in applicationlevel support (L1 & L2 interface development and data extraction.
  

• Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL JAVA .NET.
  

• Certifications in Oracle and Microsoft (mandatory).
  

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  

• Azure fundamentals or Cloud certification (advantageous).
