What youll do
Overview
We are looking for a skilledProduct SupportSpecialisttoprovidefirst and secondlevel troubleshooting incident resolution and guidance onregulatory aspects of our role requiresexpertise inregulatoryand / orfinancial reporting as wellas strong analytical and problemsolving successful candidate will work closely with customers product teams and internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyissue resolution knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of support processes.

Business and Functional Troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities
Business and Functional Troubleshooting
- Provide expert supportfor ourregulatory reportingproductsresolvingclientinquiries.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues by reviewing business rulesandconfigurations.
- Investigatediscrepancies in regulatory calculations andcollaborate with research and developmentteams tofind the bestsolution for customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional issues are addressed effectively.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to the functional use of the product ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Guide customers on best practices for data mapping report generation and compliance validation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve criticalclientissues.
- Provide feedback to product teams on recurring functional issues and enhancement requests.

- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1 years of experience in functional support regulatory reporting or financial software solutions.
- Knowledgeable of regulatory frameworks (FinRep CoRep Basel IFRS Local Regulatory Reporting).
- Experience working with financial reporting software and understanding business workflows.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot functional issues and work with crossfunctional teams to resolve them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in a global multitimezone environment is a plus.
- Regulatory & Business Expertise:Goodknowledge of financial regulations compliance and reporting standards.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Ability to diagnose and resolve business and functional issues effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor for customers.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work crossfunctionally with product engineering andother internalteams.
- Learning Agility: Willingness to stay up to date with changing regulatory requirements.
