- Responsible for growing Visa and client partner business growth through strategic and tactical programs focused on key revenue drivers
Leverage the strength of the Visa brand and ecosystem of assets sponsorship partnership and capabilities that drive exponential value for clients and the end consumer
Translate the client account business needs into a comprehensive annual or multiyear plan with KPIs and measured outcomes
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop and deploy a Visa 360 approach to our partners
Plan develop and execute joint client marketing campaigns that align to Visa and client business priorities & work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are flawlessly executed
Proactively push the digital marketing maturity agenda and new digital capabilities to improve business results and end consumer experience
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Strategic and innovative thinker with commercial acumen capable of strong .
- Marketing Commercial acumen Marketing data familiarity and Influencing skills are critical.
- Significant experience in marketing with a strong brand management campaign planning and marketing planning target setting and delivery track record.
- Should understand key P&L drivers and leveraging the relevant aspects to build effective business cases.
- Demonstrated track record in the management of external clients agencies and the development of through the line campaign materials.
- International marketing experience an advantage ideally in payments industry consumer cards sector.
- Strong selfmanagement skills including demonstrable drive and energy
- Sales exposure and proven negotiation skills
- Ability to selfgovern projects on time and on budget
- Strong ability to manage client relationships including persuasion and negotiation
- Candidate must be open to travel as relevant within Visa safety and security policies
Preferred
- Master in Business / Management / Marketing or equivalent degree / diploma
- Consulting / Retail banking/Cards marketing / Payments / B2B experience an advantage
- Experience in Digital Marketing Transformation or Maturity program management an advantage
