Join Our Team as a Groups Meetings and Events (GME) Sales Executive!
Kickstart your career in hospitality with Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem! Were looking for an enthusiastic GME Sales Executive to handle group bookings meetings and events while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What Will You Be Doing
As a GME Sales Executive youll play a key role in maximizing revenue opportunities by handling group bookings meetings and events. Youll interact with guests suppliers and event organizers helping to create exceptional experiences while building strong relationships for repeat business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting incoming inquiries into bookings to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Identifying opportunities to boost sales and conversions within the team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding guest needs.
- Managing the administration and of planned events.
- Supporting the commercial team with additional tasks as needed.
What Are We Looking For

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Hebrew.

- Confidence on the phone and solid IT skills.
- Professional grooming standards.
What Would Make You Stand Out
While not required the following skills and experiences would be a plus:
- Previous experience in conferences and events.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems.
- A qualification degree or certification in a related field.
