As a Frontline Sales Representative will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers guiding them through the buying process and ultimately closing sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records including sales activity and followup details.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective customers
- Answer questions regarding credit term services and prices while maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
- Must hold applicable timeshare license.
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in timeshare sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques highly preferred
Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard telephone and other office equipment. The employee must be able to reach with hands and arms and occasionally walk bend stoop kneel or crouch. The role may involve lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
