We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning coordination and execution of a variety of corporate and clientfacing events. This role requires strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and a proactive approach to problemsolving in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of company events meetings and conferences
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup catering materials and onsite support
Communicate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and update event schedules and checklists
Monitor event budgets and handle administrative tasks such as invoices and contracts
Provide support during live events to ensure a positive attendee experience
Assist with postevent evaluation and reporting
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends
